Òscar Ribas Reig (1936-2020). His political career began as General Counsel (1971-1975). He was the first Head of Government of Andorra (1982-1984; 1990-1994) and Ambassador to the EU (2009-2015). The adoption of the Constitution and the accession to the UN (1993) were the two most important political milestones he achieved.
